Registration Fee:  $100

Late Registration Fee:  $110
(Taken only in cases of shortages on rosters.)

Registration

Registration will open Monday, October 9th.  Registration can be completed either online or in-person at PARD at 400 Wilson St.  For online registration, a processing fee will apply.

Paper forms will be sent home through Whitesboro Intermediate school.  Forms may be turned in to the PARD office during business hours, mailed in, or you may use the black drop box next to the main doors.

Forms can be mailed to:  PARD, P.O. Box 340, Whitesboro, TX 76273.

When registering in-person or using the drop box, the following must be included:

• Registration form
• Copy of Birth Certificate (**NEW** A copy must be turned in with each registration!)
• Exact payment amount
• Supporting documentation if necessary (i.e. scholarships forms & eligibility documentation, birth certificates, move-up in age forms.) 

All forms and envelopes will be available in brochure boxes next to the drop box by the front doors.  Please make sure to bring a photocopy of a child’s Medicaid/CHIPS card or Free/Reduced Lunch Letter if you are applying for a scholarship; if you do not have a copy, a picture of the card or letter can be sent to pard [at] whitesborotexas.com.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES are now REQUIRED for all registrations regardless if the player has played through PARD before.

PARD only accepts exact CASH, CHECK, and CREDIT CARD (3% fee applied) when registering in-person.

All players who are registered by the deadline will be placed on a team.

Registered players are expected to attend Scout Day so coaches can evaluate all players before selecting their teams.  This creates an opportunity for evenly matched teams and competitive play.

PLEASE NOTE:  Basketball jerseys tend to run small!  The sizes printed on the registration form are from the manufacturer, but we encourage you to size up at least one size, especially in the youth sizes.  The adult sizes tend to run more true to size.  Players will also need black athletic shorts and athletic shoes.

Family Discount

2 Children - $5.00 OFF TOTAL FEE / 3 Children $10.00 OFF TOTAL FEE

Scholarships

Call PARD about scholarship availability or payment plan if needed.
No scholarships will be given after the deadline. No exceptions!

Late Registrations

Any registration made after the deadline will require the full fee and a $10 late fee!

League Age

League age is determined by grade level.

Grade Divisions:

• 3rd/4th Grade Boys
• 3rd/4th Grade Girls 
• 5th/6th Grade Boys
• 5th/6th Grade Girls

Games

Games are on Saturdays, from mid-December through mid-February.  Players will need basketball/athletic shoes and black shorts for games.  Jerseys are provided by PARD and included in registration fee.

3rd/4th Grade Boys & Girls play with a 27.5" (Jr.) ball and the rim is 9' high.

5th/6th Grade Boys & Girls play with a 28.5" (Womens) ball and the rim is 10' high.
