June 20th, 2023 City Council gives Lynda Anderson a Proclamation of the Mayor of Whitesboro, recognizing and Honoring Lynda Anderson and those Sponsors, Volunteers, and City of Whitesboro employees who made the Celebration of the Sesquicentennial (150 Year) anniversary of the City of Whitesboro a success.

We had a lot scheduled for the Sesquicentennial weekend June 2 & 3rd.
Friday June 2 was at the High School Softball Field Sponsored by Tender's Smokehouse
Starting at 6:00pm we had a Beard Contest.
6:30 – 7:30pm was a Corn-hole competition between the Fire Department and the Police Department.
7:30 – 9:00pm We brought back the World Serious Softball Game Back for this special occasion. Look for this to continue every year .
