The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 at 5:00 pm

Registration Fees:

5 - 6 Years Old = $ 40.00
7 - 15 Years Old = $ 55.00
LATE FEE = $ 10.00

Family Discount:

2 Children - $ 5.00 OFF TOTAL Fee
3 or more Children - $ 10.00 OFF TOTAL Fee

Whitesboro PARD/TAAF SUMMER TRACK

The PARD track program is open to children ages 1st grade thru high school seniors. Cost is $25 and meets are held on Saturdays in the north Texas area. Meet dates and locations shown below.

Sports Registration Policy
(Current policy initiated in 2011)

When registering, a complete registration form must be provided for each player, and the form must be signed by a parent or guardian. The appropriate registration fee must accompany the form, unless other arrangements have been made (see below), along with a copy of the player's birth certificate.

Family Discount

There is a discount for families registering more than one child per sport. Register 2 children and receive $5 off the total fee. Register 3 or more children and receive $10 off the total fee.

Late Registrations

Registrations will be taken after the deadline only if needed to fill shortages on rosters. A $10 late fee will be added for anyone registering after the deadline.

Scholarship Policy

In order to be eligible for a sports scholarship, your child must currently be enrolled in the Free Lunch Program at school. You are required to provide the PARD with a current copy of the certificate of enrollment as proof of eligibility for each season that you wish to use the scholarship program. In addition to the certificate, you must pay a participation fee of $15 per player.

Beginning January 2011 P.A.R.D. will no longer accept
Incomplete Registrations for Sports.

We must have all forms completed and signed:

Sport Registration Form
Transportation Request (if needed)
Installment Agreement (if needed)
Move up in age form (if needed)
Scholarship Form
School lunch form (which you will obtain from your child's school).

Notice!
