Municipal Court
Whitesboro Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court serving the citizens of the City of Whitesboro, Texas. The Court has jurisdiction over traffic violations, parking citations and local ordinances that include shoplifting, disturbances, assaults, code violations, animal violations and domestic violence matters. The Municipal Court Judge and Court Clerk/Judge are appointed by the City Council.
